Sharee Cassel is our principal solicitor. Sharee has worked for solicitors since 1989 gaining general law experience as well as experience in compensation claims and family law.
In May 2004 Sharee graduated from the University of Western Sydney and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Sharee was admitted in the High Court of Australia in August 2004.
As principal solicitor, Sharee Cassel will be involved in every step of your case: whether your case requires conciliation, mediation, arbitration or a court hearing, Sharee will be there with you every step of the way.
Sharee Cassel & Associates have formed a close association with a number of barristers who can be relied upon to provide you with additional assistance: in court, in preparation for court and in cases where you may need urgent specialised advice.
Our paralegal at Sharee Cassel & Associates is Sharee’s sister, Darlyne Sutherland, which makes this very much a family practice aimed at supporting you throughout the duration of your matter.
Darlyne has 17 year’s experience working for solicitors. Over the years she has worked extensively on cases involving general law and compensation claims.
